This is what stops me when I think about leaving him.
I have never met any man as kind.
Kindness in relationship was a revelation. It was something I had never thought to seek.
Romance? Yes.
Passion? Yes.
Attraction? Yes.
Compulsion? I’m embarrassed to say, yes.
But kindness –
Kindness trumps everything. . .
And I never thought to ask for it.
